Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to www.thecarspares.co.za, accessible from https://thecarspares.co.za/

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days. Strictly no returns or refund after 7 days of receiving your parts 
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods are not used or damaged by you. 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods correctly supplied and are in good order when you received them
The supply of Goods sourced at your request and correctly supplied.

Electrical goods are not returnable

RETURNING GOODS
If we approve the return of goods, we send our courier to collect at our own expense. This only applies if we had shipped with our courier. If you had used your courier, it is your responsibility to send the goods back and then we refund after receiving the part/s

Please note that sometimes the stock inventory might delay to update on our website compared to our shop. Therefore if the product is out of stock and we are not able to get another one for you we will refund you the complete amount

IF BY ANY CHANCE WE REACH AN AGREEMENT THAT YOU SEND THE GOODS BACK AT YOUR OWN COST WITH YOUR COURIER FOR A CERTAIN REASON;
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
